Customers should keep purchase records and protect gift card numbers, access credentials, and PINs from unauthorized use. Except where required by law, gift cards generally cannot be exchanged for cash and may be subject to location, product, or redemption restrictions. Electronic gift cards may be delivered through email, mobile technology, or other digital methods and should be protected with the same level of care ordinarily given to cash or other valuable payment instruments.
